Attention 7th Grade Parents:
As your student prepares to enter 7th grade, it is important to know there are immunization requirements prior to the first day of school. In Ohio it is required to have a booster dose of Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) and the Meningococcal vaccine prior the 1st day of school.
The Champaign County Health District will be open until 7pm during our open house on August 13th to administer immunizations. We recommend calling and making an appointment @ 937-484-1667 but they will take walk ins.
