Be prepared to communicate with your child's teacher this year. Urbana City Schools uses Rooms, a secure messaging feature in our new district app.

✅ Download the Urbana City Schools app from the App Store or Google Play

✅ Make sure your contact info in FinalForms is updated

✅ Log in with the email address you have on file with the school

🛑 If your FinalForms info isn’t correct, you won’t receive messages from your child’s teacher or school! Communication is ONLY sent to emails and phone numbers in FinalForms, so double-check that everything is accurate! The first two guardians listed for your child in FinalForms will automatically be added to the contact list in Rooms.
